Logistics Coordinator – Colombia

VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management, is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated.

Position Summary:

Our adecuado candidate is a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized professional who thrives on checklists, tracking, and proactive problem-solving. In this role, you will serve as the central lead for our marketing department's internal print and collateral workflows. You will take full ownership of vendor management, logistics planning, and the development of scalable inventory systems to ensure seamless delivery coordination across all clinic locations. This role is critical to our operational growth, ensuring every new clinic opens with the exact branded materials they need on time, and every existing clinic remains perfectly stocked.

What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Order Management: Receive internal material requests, place orders, coordinate directly with external vendors, and meticulously track production and shipping timelines.
- Inventory & Planning: Proactively track inventory levels to schedule reorders for high-use items, planning well ahead of new clinic openings and constant material requests to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Quality Assurance & Problem Solving: Conduct QA on incoming deliveries to verify quantities and accuracy, while actively investigating and resolving logistics issues such as shipping delays, lost parcels, or inefficiencies.
- Data Tracking & Analytics: Maintain comprehensive shipment data, vendor performance metrics, and strict cost-tracking systems using advanced spreadsheets.
