About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a growing U.S.-based Personal Injury law firm.

This role is responsible for driving qualified lead generation, increasing client acquisition, and strengthening the firm's digital presence through well-executed marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with leadership to develop marketing strategies, oversee campaign execution, analyze performance, and continuously optimize results.

We're looking for a marketer who enjoys both strategy and execution. This is not a role for someone whose experience is limited to social media posting, video production, or coordinating agencies. The idóneo candidate is comfortable taking ownership, making data-driven decisions, managing external marketing partners,
