Overview

In Bogotá – Colombia, we are looking for a Producer with 5+ years of experience in language services, localization, or a related field, including at least 2 years in a client‑facing leadership role. This position is responsible for developing and growing strategic client relationships, driving commercial opportunities,



and ensuring the delivery of high‑quality language and localization services across global markets. The role partners closely with creative, production, and operational teams to build scalable workflows, oversee delivery excellence, and support the implementation of innovative localization solutions. The Producer contributes to operational setup, leads cross‑functional collaboration, and helps translate strategic vision into efficient execution in both regional and general environments.
