DevOps Engineer – Colombia

VIP Medical Group, one of our top experts in vein disease and pain management, is looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team We specialize in pain management and vascular procedures. Our main goal is to always provide the best level of care and compassion to individuals who are being treated.

If you enjoy solving complex problems and building systems where infrastructure is treated as code, we would like to meet you. Our DevOps Engineer will support and scale our cloud infrastructure. This role is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining secure, reliable, and highly available systems, with a strong focus on automation and CI/CD pipelines.



You will work closely with engineering and product teams to streamline deployments, reduce manual operations, and ensure our platforms remain stable, secure, and cost-efficient in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:
- Cloud Infrastructure: Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and repeatable deployments.
- Automation: Create and maintain automation workflows across systems using tools like n8n and similar platforms.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor systems, metrics, and logs to ensure high availability, performance, and stability.
- Environment Management: Manage development, staging, and production environments and deployment processes.
- Security & Optimization: Improve infrastructure security, performance, and cloud cost efficiency.
- Documentation: Document system architecture, automation workflows, and operational best
