What You'll Do:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental properties.
- Communicate with guests in French and English across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and other platforms.
- Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, and ongoing support.
- Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Work closely with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure every property is guest-ready.
- Monitor reservations, calendars, and pricing updates.
- Assist with listing optimization and channel management.
- Maintain accurate operational records and reports.





What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Previous experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, or property management is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable
- Background in customer service or hospitality.
- Experience using revenue management tools like PriceLabs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of guest communications.
