The Position
What You'll Be Doing
We are currently strengthening our Talent database in Colombia with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and equity. This is an inclusive role.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of operational and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Manage and maintain accurate records within our internal platform and internal databases.
- Input client hiring requirements promptly, ensuring all data is up-to-date and perfectly aligned with current business needs.
- Conduct regular data reviews and audits to identify discrepancies, correct errors, and ensure the highest level of data integrity across all platforms.
- Format and develop compelling, highly accurate candidate profiles for formal client presentations.
- Prepare and distribute essential informational and technical materials to support the Recruiting and Account Management teams.
- Support key internal operational processes, including assisting with internal audits and ensuring compliance.
- Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to automate repetitive workflows and continuously optimize manual administ
