The Executive Business Partner exists to create capacity for the CEO and COO by owning the operational details that surround executive leadership.

This role is responsible for keeping priorities moving, eliminating friction, creating organizational clarity, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Own the day-to-day operational support for the CEO and COO.

- Protecting focus time and proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
