proficient
in Windows, Shopify, Networking, Monday.com, Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for a proactive and reliable General IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support, user administration, and system management across multiple business platforms. The adecuado candidate will have experience managing user accounts, permissions, software licensing, troubleshooting technical issues,



and supporting internal employees to ensure smooth business operations.

Microsoft 365:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Manage mailboxes and email settings.
- Assign and manage Microsoft licenses.
- Provide user administration and access management.

Dropbox:
- Create and manage user accounts.
- Manage user access, permissions, and shared folders.
- Assign and manage software licenses.

Monday.com:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding boards.
- Track onboarding and offboarding tasks.
- Ensure workflow updates are completed accurately.

Zoho Desk:
- Manage incoming IT support tickets.
- Track, troubleshoot, and resolve IT requests.
- Escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support cases.

Shopify:
- Assist with basic user support or platform-related issues if needed.

General IT Support:
- Provide technical support to internal users via chat, email, phone, or remote des
