About the Role
We are hiring a Legal Counsel to own the commercial and contract workflows that support revenue growth, customer onboarding, and operational compliance.
This role sits at the intersection of sales operations, legal operations, contract management, and compliance. You will manage the full contract lifecycle, support commercial negotiations, coordinate due diligence processes, and ensure agreements move efficiently from proposal through signature, implementation, and renewal.
The adecuado candidate combines strong contract management experience with commercial awareness. You should be comfortable reviewing and negotiating SaaS agreements, working directly with customers, and building processes that improve visibility and execution in a fast-growing startup environment.
This is a highly cross-functional role that works closely with leadership, operations, finance, engineering, and external counsel.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and review through execution, renewal, and ongoing compliance
- Draft, review,



and redline commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, Order Forms, pilot agreements, and related documents
- Support customer contract negotiations while balancing business objectives and risk management
- Guide prospects through proposals and commercial discussions, ensuring momentum throughout the sales process
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for contract-related questions and documentation
- Complete client security questionnaires, vendor due diligence requests, and compliance-related documentation
- Support SOC 2 reviews, compliance initiatives, and customer procurement processes
- Maintain contract repositories, templates, playbooks, and documentation standards
- Build and improve operational systems, trackers, dashboards, and workflows to increase visibility and efficiency
- Partner with finance on invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, collections follow-up, and revenue operations pro
