Role Description
The Operations Manager / Chief of Staff is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving operational excellence and supporting executive decision-making. This role oversees day-to-day operations, including planning, tracking, and improving workflows, processes, and internal communication. The person in this position will coordinate strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, prepare executive briefings,



and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions and action items. They will analyze operational data, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery. The role also involves partnering closely with leadership to align priorities, streamline meetings, manage calendars and project timelines, and maintain a high standard of execution across the organization.

Qualifications
- Strong operations and project management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience supporting executive leadership with strategic planning, prioritization, and preparation of reports, presentations, or decision materials.
