EA Bogotá is home to passionate teams who collaborate across multiple locations and disciplines to deliver high-quality games and services. We are looking for a Quality DesignerII (Lead QA) with deep expertise in quality assurance solutions to lead testing strategies, promote technical innovation,



and foster team growth.

You will be a critical contributor to EA’s Quality Verification (QV) craft, driving quality strategy, championing data-informed decisions, and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional player experiences. You will report to the Development Director.

Main Responsibilities
Testing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and implement scalable testing strategies aligned with product and business priorities.
- Drive risk-based testing approaches and ensure appropriate test coverage across features and systems.
- Champion defect prevention, containment, and early QA involvement.

Quality Process Ownership
- Establish and oversee robust quality processes that promote excellence across projects.
- Ensure alignment between quality goals and development roadmaps.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and methodologies.

Data-Driven Quality & Insights
- Conduct root cau
