1. Job Purpose

The
Account Manager / Commercial Specialist
will be responsible for leading the commercial, scientific, and market access strategy for
DNAGtx’s
portfolio of molecular diagnostics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), biotechnology, and oncology solutions in Colombia. The primary focus will be establishing high-level relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical specialists, laboratories, and public and private institutions to drive the adoption of advanced diagnostic technologies based on clinical evidence.

2. Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Commercial Management & Strategic Relationships:
- Develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key clinical, technical,



and economic decision-makers in public and private healthcare institutions (KOLs, oncologists, pathologists, geneticists, and laboratory directors).
- Execute the end-to-end sales cycle for the molecular diagnostics, genetic testing, and biotechnology portfolio.
- Design and implement market access plans and positioning strategies to foster the adoption of new diagnostic technologies.
- Scientific Communication & Medical Education:
- Present clinical evidence and scientific value propositions to the medical community and key institutions.
- Organize and lead educational programs, workshops, and scientific communication events (both in-person and hybrid) targeting healthcare professionals.
- Conduct search and critical appraisal of scientific literature across biomedical databases (PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane, Embase, etc.) to support value propositions aligned with international clinical practice guidelines.
