Role Description
The Contracting Coordinator is responsible for supporting the end-to-end contracting process with insurance brokers, ensuring agreements are accurate, compliant, and aligned with operational needs. In this remote contract role, the coordinator will review contract documents, track contract status and key dates, and maintain organized records within internal systems. The position involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to clarify terms, gather required information, and resolve discrepancies or issues promptly.



The coordinator will help streamline workflows by monitoring contract performance metrics, supporting onboarding activities tied to new agreements, and contributing to continuous improvement of contracting procedures.

Qualifications
- Contract administration and coordination skills, including reviewing, sending and managing service agreements and related documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple contracts, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Communication and interpersonal skills for interacting professionally with healthcare clients, internal teams, and remote staff.
- Analytical and detail-oriented skills to verify data accuracy, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and identify contract issues.
