Role Description

This is a full-time, remote
Sales Specialist position. You will work with inbound leads who have already expressed interest in debt relief assistance. Your primary responsibility is to front, educate, and close these prospects into our Debt Settlement program.

Day-to-day activities include:
- Connecting with warm leads and building rapport quickly
- Conducting clear, consultative sales conversations
- Explaining the debt settlement process, benefits, and enrollment steps
- Handling objections and guiding qualified prospects through enrollment




- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM
- Meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly enrollment targets

Success in this role requires strong self-motivation, excellent communication, and the ability to close effectively in a remote environment.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, ideally in finance, debt relief, insurance, or another service-based industry
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline of inbound leads
- Strong negotiation skills (must be confident discussing fees with potential clients)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
- Experience using CRM systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
- High school diploma or equivalent required
