At Cornerstone General Partners, we're looking for an experienced
Senior HR Operations & Client Success Specialist
to support U.S.-based clients and their contingent workforce throughout the employee and independent contractor lifecycle.}

In this role, you'll partner with clients, contractors, payroll, HR, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, maintain compliance with workforce regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting EOR/AOR operations.

⚡What you'll do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their workforce throughout onboarding and active assignments.
- Coordinate onboarding, assignment changes, extensions,



and offboarding for employees and independent contractors.
- Support EOR/AOR operations while ensuring compliance with contractor classification requirements.
- Advise clients on Independent Contractor (IC) best practices and workforce compliance.
- Maintain accurate data across HRIS, VMS, and client systems.
- Coordinate payroll inquiries, timecards, expense reports, and assignment updates.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Account Executives, and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
- Perform audits, reporting, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.

?You are:
- Well-spoken bilingual with a B2+/C1 English level.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Staffing, Workforce Management, EOR, AOR, or Employee Lifecycle Management within the US Market.
- Experience working with VMS and MSP environments.
- Experience supporting Independent Contractors (ICs) and/or contingent workforce programs
