TCS is seeking a
Project Biller
to join its growing Finance Operations team in
Bogotá, Colombia
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end project billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual requirements.
- Review and validate timesheets, project milestones, purchase orders, and supporting documentation prior to invoicing.
- Prepare, process, and issue invoices in accordance with customer agreements and billing schedules.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with Project Managers, Finance teams, and clients.
- Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities related to project revenue and billing.
- Monitor billing timelines to ensure all deliverables are completed within established deadlines and service expectations.




- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous optimization initiatives.

Educational Requirements & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in project billing, invoicing, revenue operations, or a similar financial role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting.
- Solid knowledge and experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.
