We are looking for a proactive, detail oriented, and highly organized
Bilingual Maintenance Agent
to join our Maintenance team. In this role, you will provide maintenance support for a portfolio of
single family residential properties located in Mississippi, USA
.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance requests, coordinating vendors, communicating with tenants, scheduling repairs, and ensuring that maintenance issues are resolved efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests submitted by residents.
- Gather information from tenants to accurately identify maintenance issues and determine the appropriate course of action.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance technicians and third party contractors based on urgency, availability, and workload.
- Monitor repair progress and follow up with vendors and residents until work is completed.
- Prioritize maintenance requests according to company procedures and emergency protocols.




- Maintain clear and professional communication with tenants, contractors, and internal team members.
- Review, upload, and organize invoices, service agreements, and contractor documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, vendor contracts, technician hours, and completed repairs.
- Ensure maintenance tickets are properly documented and updated within the property management system.
- Escalate complex maintenance issues when necessary and assist in identifying effective solutions.
- Support the overall maintenance operation by ensuring timely coordination and administrative accuracy.

Qualifications Required
- Bilingual proficiency in
English and Spanish
