Job Overview

The Executive Director of Technology Operations is responsible for leading the operational management, governance, and execution of the company’s technology organization. This role ensures that technology resources, systems, infrastructure, development processes, and operational activities are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently, securely, and at scale.

The Executive Director of Technology Operations serves as the critical bridge between technology strategy and operational execution, driving operational excellence, technology governance, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to support sustainable business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

I. Technology Operations Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement technology operations strategies aligned with corporate and technology objectives.

Translate technology roadmaps into operational plans and measurable outcomes.

Drive operational excellence across software development,



infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, and IT service delivery.

Establish governance frameworks to ensure efficient execution of technology initiatives.

II. Technology Program and Portfolio Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise technology projects and programs.

Manage technology portfolios, budgets, resources, and priorities to maximize business value.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Develop executive dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into technology performance.

III. Technology Process Optimization and Governance

Establish and standardize technology operational processes, policies, and procedures.

Implement best practices across software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, ITSM, Agile, and project management disciplines.
