Join our Knowledge Center as an Accounts Receivable Advanced Specialist (COD), where you'll play a key role in ensuring healthy cash flow, maintaining financial accuracy, and partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize accounts receivable operations across the region.

How you create impact
- Manage and monitor the Cash on Delivery (COD)



portfolio to ensure compliance with corporate policies and timely payment application.
- Perform account reconciliations, cash allocation, and support bank reconciliation activities to maintain accurate financial records.
- Partner with Operations and Sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies, collect outstanding charges, and improve portfolio performance.
- Drive month-end closing activities, ensuring all AR processes are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
- Monitor AR KPIs, proactively manage overdue accounts, and support dispute resolution through HighRadius and DMT platforms.

What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance within a Shared Service Center or Knowledge Center environment.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Risk, and Cash Allocation processes.
- Intermediate English (B1–B2) with
