Location: Remote — Latin America (open to candidates in Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and nearby countries)

Schedule: Full Time, aligned to U.S. Eastern business hours

Compensation: $7 to $10 per hour, based on experience and country

About ATC

ATC is a fast paced transportation and logistics company specializing in freight coordination, dispatch, and brokered transport. We are growing our air cargo business, moving imports, exports, and domestic and international airport shipments, and we are building a structured, high accountability operations team to keep every shipment on track.

Position Overview

The Logistics Tracking Coordinator owns the day to day follow up on our air cargo shipments. As we take on new airport customers, this role makes sure nothing slips through the cracks between our team, the local carriers, the airlines, and our customers. This is a remote, high volume, follow up heavy position built around consistent communication, careful record keeping, and reliability.



You will report to the Operations and Billing team and work closely with our controller to take follow up work off their plate.

We keep our shipments centralized in our logistics platform, so you will have a clear view of what is moving and where follow up is needed. Training on our systems and processes is provided.

Key Responsibilities

Carrier & Airline Coordination

• Follow up with local carriers picking up and delivering air cargo to and from airlines at airports, both domestic and international.

• Confirm that carriers have received the paperwork we send and have everything they need to move each shipment.

• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments and confirm dates with carriers and airlines.

Tracking & Documentation

• Monitor active shipments in our logistics platform (TMS) and keep status updates accurate and current.

• Obtain proof of delivery (POD) documents and send them to customers promptly.

• Keep clear, accurate notes on every carrier and custome
