What You’ll Do
- Own and convert warm leads—including inbound inquiries, referrals, and partner-sourced contacts—into signed property management agreements.
- Qualify opportunities early by evaluating property type, HOA or condo restrictions, owner expectations, and implementation timeline before investing significant time.
- Build and present simple, easy-to-understand short-term rental pro forma P&Ls;, including revenue, occupancy, and ADR assumptions, helping owners understand the value of partnering with

- Run a disciplined, consultative follow-up process with owners who are not yet ready to sign, maintaining long-term relationships while keeping future opportunities open.
