Overview
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) is responsible for the company’s Legal, Government Affairs and Policy, Franchise, Corporate Security, and Community and Belonging functions.

The Manager, Finance Business Partner, Law and Policy serves as a finance business partner working alongside the CAO teams and supporting and advising their strategic and operational decisions.

Role
- Develop financial models and analyses to support business strategies




- Support the business in designing business cases for initiatives that require investment
- Support the development of annual long-term plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and efficiency
- Support efforts to grow net revenues and profitability for CAO-related initiatives
- Develop, track, and analyze key business performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Partner in the development of materials to support ongoing business reviews, including monthly performance packages, operating reviews, business unit reviews, scorecard updates, and dashboard reviews
- Assist with developing the operating budget, financial forecasts, and ongoing assessments of performance against the budget/forecast, including spending risks and opportunities for the overall CAO organization
- Collaborate with Corporate FP&A; and reporting teams on planning deliverables
