We are seeking an Installation Field Service Technician to join our growing U.S. Service team at Bluefors. In this role, you will lead the installation and commissioning of our industry-leading dilution refrigerator systems at customer sites across North America, working closely with our U.S. Service team and engineering colleagues in Finland. Your tasks will include leading the installation and commissioning of Bluefors dilution refrigerator systems at customer facilities throughout your assigned region. You will collaborate closely with our U.S. Service team and Finland engineering team during complex installations, learning system-specific expertise while ensuring a seamless transition to long-term customer support. You will perform pre-installation site assessments,



communicate facility requirements with customers and planning teams, and conduct functional testing, initial cooldowns, and system validation according to Bluefors installation protocols. You will document system configurations, installation activities, and technical findings to create comprehensive service records for each system throughout its lifecycle. When not supporting installation projects, you will assist the service team with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and on-site customer support visits. This position requires travel throughout your assigned region, with occasional travel to other regions as business needs require, as well as a 1–2 month training period at our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland.
