We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipments across air, ocean, and ground transportation. This role is key to ensuring timely, cost-effective operations while delivering excellent service to clients and maintaining compliance with international regulations.

? Salary: COP $4,000,000 Cop
? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(From November to March: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
? Location: Hybrid – Medellín

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute import/export shipments (air, ocean, ground)
Book cargo and manage shipments from origin to final delivery
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing list, etc.)




Ensure compliance with customs regulations and Incoterms
Act as main point of contact for clients, carriers, and vendors
Validate rates, support billing processes, and coordinate with pricing teams
Maintain accurate records and follow operational SOPs

Requirements:
Experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
Knowledge of import/export processes, Incoterms, and documentation
Experience with TMS (CargoWise is a plus)
Strong English communication skills (B2+ preferred)
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
