At CGI, we are looking for a Product Manager to join an international project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- Conversational English level B2 or higher.
- 5+ years of proven success managing software products throughout the full lifecycle — from conception to launch and ongoing iteration.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the product vision,



strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
- Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
- Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality, transparency, and alignment.
