Key Responsibilities
· Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs, ensuring
successful delivery through effective governance, planning, and execution.
· Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, financials, KPIs, and
executive reporting while coordinating offshore and onshore teams.
· Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business
stakeholders to drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and
operational excellence.
· Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident
reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or
enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Program
Manager.
· Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or
Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs.
· Strong expertise in program governance, wave-based planning, execution
tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
· Experience coordinating cross-functional, offshore, and onshore engineering
teams.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive
leadership and customer-facing teams.
· Experience managing cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization
initiatives.
· Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE principles, cloud operations, and
enterprise delivery methodologies.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Spanish language proficiency is required.
