Job Description
The DQM Expert ensures accurate, compliant, and high-quality master data supporting various process streams in Finance. The role focuses on governance, validation, and maintenance of master data used for finance processes such as PTP, OTC and RTR. By ensuring data integrity and compliance, the Expert enables efficient process execution and adherence to data protection and financial regulations
Operational Data Management
Ownership of key transformation projects (e.g., e-invoicing, new acquisitions, account merges
Ongoing support for current requestor needs within transformations scope
Partnership with Global Finance Integration Team
Manage master data lifecycle, ensuring compliance with general standards and local requirements.
Support adoption of golden rules validation techniques
Conduct periodic data reviews and updates to maintain high-quality, compliant data records
Execute quality checks and provide meaningful reporting to drive increase in quality
Supports and executes user acceptance testing for different system integrations
Support clean up activities across systems and geographies
Support creation of master data definitions (metadata) and ensures adoption of common understanding
Compliance & Control
Ensure master data is compliant with GDPR, SOX, and internal data protection standards.
Ensure transactional teams have complete approval evidence and audit trails for data creation and changes.
Support internal audits, risk assessments, and remediation of identified issues.
Collaborate with GPOs to validate KYC, sanctions, credit limits and any other dimensions of the master data
