About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Accounting Specialist to join our growing team and support the accounting operations of multiple U.S. based businesses.

The adecuado candidate has professional experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and accounting software such as Quick Books Online.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, pays close attention to detail, and understands how to maintain accurate and organized financial records.

You do not need to be a CPA. However, you should have a solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles and be comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Perform bookkeeping and transaction categorization.
- Complete bank and credit-card reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Review transactions for accuracy.
- Maintain supporting financial documentation.
- Assist with payroll and payroll reconciliation.
- Assist with month-end accounting procedures.
- Maintain an organized Chart of Accounts.
- Assist with Quick Books Online.
- Identify discrepancies and accounting errors.
- Communicate accounting questions or issues to management.
- Work with management, accountants, vendors,



and other team members.
- Support multiple companies and business entities when needed.

Qualifications

- Professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with Quick Books Online or similar accounting software.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Professional communication skills.

Language Requirements

Candidates must be able to communicate professionally in English and Spanish.

Both languages will be evaluated during the interview process.
