We are looking for a bilingual accountant with experience in corporate setup, payroll, and Colombian tax compliance to support the formalization and ongoing administration of our Colombian operation.

The role would focus on two main areas:
Supporting the incorporation and formal registration of the company in Colombia, including the accounting, tax, and administrative requirements needed to begin operating properly.
Managing the company’s ongoing payroll and compliance responsibilities, including payroll processing, social security contributions, employee benefits and statutory payments, withholding tax, and related filings.





We are looking for someone with strong practical experience working with Colombian companies and a solid understanding of local payroll and tax obligations.

Fluent English is essential, as this person will be in regular communication with company leadership based in the United States and will need to clearly explain Colombian accounting, payroll, and tax requirements in English.

This would preferably be structured as an independent professional services engagement, rather than a full-time employee position.
