We are looking for a Regional Communications Strategy Manager LATAM to lead the development, alignment, and optimization of communication and media strategies across the region.
This role will be instrumental in ensuring strategic consistency across LATAM markets while adapting plans to local business opportunities and consumer needs. The idóneo candidate is a strategic thinker with strong media expertise, analytical capabilities, and experience managing multi-market initiatives.

What You'll Do
✅ Lead the development and implementation of regional communication and media strategies aligned with business objectives.
✅ Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs to measure the impact of media investments on brand performance and business growth.
✅ Oversee media and communication plans across LATAM markets, leveraging data, dashboards, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights.
✅ Drive the integration of content and communication initiatives within broader media strategies.




✅ Partner with local market teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and execution excellence.
✅ Collaborate closely with strategy, media, analytics, content, and activation teams to maximize campaign effectiveness.
✅ Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance media performance, and implement best practices across the region.
✅ Provide strategic recommendations, market intelligence, and performance analysis to support regional leadership decision-making.

What We're Looking For
✔ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 6+ years of experience in communications strategy, media planning, integrated marketing, or related areas.
✔ Experience managing regional or multi-market projects across LATAM.
✔ Strong understanding of traditional and digital media ecosystems.
