What you’ll do
Manage complex and urgent freight quotations
Validate pricing competitiveness and accuracy
Act as SME for non-standard requests
Support workload distribution and escalations
Coach junior team members
Identify process and rate gaps
Requirements
Must have:
3+ years in freight pricing
Strong experience across Air, Ocean & Inland
Advanced Excel
Strong analytical thinking
Advanced English
Nice to have:
Experience mentoring or coaching others
