ABOUT SHIFT

Shift builds data infrastructure for artificial intelligence and robotics. Through our platform, workers earn extra income by recording videos of the tasks they already perform every day on the job. This footage is used to train AI systems on real-world data from workshops, job sites, and production environments.

We’ve supported over 25,000 workers across 15+ countries and paid out more than $5 million in Q1 2026 alone. We're now building the Bogotá team that will drive our U.S. sales operation.

THE ROLE

Based in Medellin, you'll sell to U.S. customers on a mix of warm inbound and outbound leads. Every day, people visit our site, start the purchase of our recording headset, and drop off before completing checkout — your mission is to call them back, answer their questions, resolve whatever stopped them, and get them across the finish line.

This is not cold calling from a purchased list. The people you contact have already shown interest. Your job is to reconnect fast, rebuild momentum, handle objections in real time, and close.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Monday to Friday,



8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Bogotá time. No night shifts, no rotating schedules.
Hybrid: 3 days per week at our office in Héroes, Bogotá.
Direct reporting line to a U.S.-based Regional Manager.

COMPENSATION

Base salary: USD $900 (junior) / USD $1,200 (senior) per month, paid in COP, + uncapped commission on completed sales.
We provide the laptop, headset, and dialing tools at the office.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Call inbound leads who started but didn't complete an online purchase of the Shift headset
Reach out fast — speed-to-lead matters, and you'll work leads while they're still warm
Diagnose why each customer dropped off (price, doubts, technical questions, timing) and address it on the spot
Deliver a clear, confident pitch tailored to each customer's situation
Handle objections in real time and guide customers through checkout
Follow up persistently across calls, voicemail, SMS, and email
