Job Title: Marketing Manager Perfumery & Beauty

As a Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth in the Home & Beauty categories in NORTH OF LATAM by strategically translating market insights into relevant and differentiated fragrance solutions. This role will strengthen market intelligence, lead impactful and strategic presentations, and collaborate as an inspirational partner with key teams to shape ideas, win customer briefs, and identify new opportunities by amplifying the essential, the desirable, and the sustainable in all initiatives, the Senior Marketing Manager will contribute to crafting unique value, ensuring our fragrance solutions are impactful, iconic, and aligned with the vision of becoming the industry’s leading authority in fragrance marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities

Grows category business (Home & Beauty) collaborating with Sales, Development and Consumer Insights teams by translating marketing insights into fragrance relevant solutions by delivering compelling and on-brand creative presentations-concept, trend, insights & fragrances- to win RCB customer briefs in NORTH OF LATAM (reactive)
Build strong market intelligence, trends tools and consumer understanding to identify new space and product opportunities for our customers in NORTH OF LATAM and drive a competitive advantage (proactive)
Be the marketing expert for NORTH OF LATAM discussions with customers, and internally, be the first point of contact for specific questions on categories of responsibilities and market & consumer trends (expertise). Communicate on a regular basis about new launches, new trends and insights to LA
