Overview

The Senior Creative QA Analyst is integral to maintaining the quality and precision of creative assets across diverse marketing channels. This role involves close collaboration with designers and stakeholders to assess and enhance creative materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with brand guidelines. The idóneo candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality in creative outputs. Familiarity with design software and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with a general understanding of back-end and mobile technologies. In more senior roles, fluency in test case management tools and mentoring skills are expected.
Responsibilities

- Perform daily QA tasks (defect tracking, testing, etc.).
- Perform creative testing:



banners, social assets, emails, and videos.
- Report issues and work with superiors to resolve them.
- Prepare and update QA documents for testing.
- Compliance review.
- Perform creative testing: OLA, design, email.

Qualifications

- English level B2+
- 4+ years of hands-on digital testing or QA experience within an agency, marketing, or fast-paced production environment
- Experience testing rich media, dynamic creative optimization (DCO), responsive emails, video banners, static and social content.
- Experience testing cross-client and cross-device testing
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email validation
- Experience with QA tools (Litmus, Email on Acid etc)
- Understanding of email client behavior (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)
- Experience with defect tracking
- Familiarity with ESP platforms (SFMC, Braze, Salesfoce etc.)
- Strong attention to detail, validating for pixel perfection, brand alignment
- Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG)
- High attention to detail to ensure user interfaces are pixel-perfect and match design specs and wireframes
- Basic familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Experience leading projects and teams, client-facing experience, negotiations, escalations, problem-solving, etc.
