This is a paid, full-time, on-site position focused primarily on the preparation and completion of ACI appraisal reports for residential and commercial properties.The role involves reviewing property information, researching MLS and comparable sales data, preparing property descriptions and market analysis, completing appraisal forms and reports in ACI, entering and verifying valuation data, and reviewing reports for accuracy, consistency, and completeness. The position may also support architectural and interior design documentation, including floor plans, property measurements, site information, and analysis of property improvements.The successful candidate will work closely with appraisers and internal teams to research, verify,



and organize property information and produce professional appraisal reports for final review and approval.Training will be provided on ACI appraisal software, reporting standards, company procedures, and relevant workflows. Candidates do not need prior ACI experience if they demonstrate strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Strong professional English communication and writing skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.Ability to research and analyze comparable sales, MLS data, property characteristics, and market information.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ACI appraisal software is an advantage but not required.Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software is a plus.Understanding of architecture, construction, floor plans, and property improvements is preferred.Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a professional, fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn U.S. real estate appraisal practices and ACI reporting procedures.Must be available to work full-time, on-site in El Poblado, Medellín.Compensation & TrainingThis is a paid position.
