Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatcher Specialist to join our Transportation and Logistics team. The adecuado candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in logistics, dispatching, load coordination, or shipment tracking. This role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the lifecycle of loads, assigning available resources, tracking shipments in real time, and ensuring accurate documentation and service completion.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and monitor the lifecycle of transportation loads from assignment through completion.Assign loads to the closest available resources to optimize transportation efficiency.Monitor shipments in real time and provide timely updates on load status and location.Track trailers and transportation resources using GPS and tracking platforms.Validate Bills of Lading and other transportation documentation for accuracy and completeness.Audit shipment information and identify discrepancies in documentation or system data.Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information across transportation systems.Communicate and coordinate with drivers, carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status and operational requirements.Resolve dispatching, tracking,



and documentation issues within established timelines.Make effective decisions under time constraints to ensure smooth transportation operations.Manage multiple loads, systems, and priorities simultaneously.Maintain accurate operational records and perform additional logistics duties as assigned.Requirements1+ year of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation Operations, Load Coordination, or Shipment Tracking.Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of dispatching, load coordination, and real-time shipment tracking.Experience validating Bills of Lading and transportation documentation.Strong attention to detail, particularly in document auditing and data validation.Ability to work with multiple systems and communication platforms simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to make sound decisions in time-sensitive situations.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving operational environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.English proficiency: B2-C1 (required).#J-18808-Ljbffr
