and volunteers to scale operations efficientlyTrack inventory, delivery numbers, and site performance in real time across all product typesEnsure food safety and handling standards are met throughout transport and distributionDocument and report on field operations to support decision-makingRequirementsWhat We Are Looking ForBackground in logistics, supply chain, fleet operations, or field coordinationExperience managing high-volume delivery or distribution operationsStrong organizational and documentation skillsTech fluency with Google Workspace, Slack, and AirtableAbility to work in fast-paced, high-pressure, resource-limited environmentsBilingual fluency is highly preferredMust be local and already based in ColombiaInclusion in this Talent Network is not a guarantee of deployment.
