Contract SpecialistJob SummaryThe Contract Specialist manages the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, execution, amendments, renewals, and termination. The role works closely with Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts support business objectives and manage commercial risk. Experience in a BPO or outsourcing environment is highly valued.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and related agreements.Support Sales and Procurement teams throughout the contract lifecycle.Identify contractual risks and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements.Coordinate negotiations with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Track contract obligations, renewals, expirations,



and key milestones.Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.Prepare contract summaries and reports for management.Support process improvements and contract management best practices.Work effectively with multinational teams across different countries and time zones.Collaborate with stakeholders in BPO, outsourcing, and service delivery environments.Requirements4-6+ years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.Experience supporting Sales and/or Procurement functions.BPO, outsourcing, shared services, or professional services experience is preferred.Experience in a multinational or international environment.C1-level English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong contract analysis, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.CLM and/or CRM experience is a plus.Key CompetenciesCommercial contract drafting and negotiationContract lifecycle managementBPO and outsourcing industry knowledgeRisk assessmentStakeholder managementCommunication and negotiationAttention to detailCross-cultural collaboration#J-18808-Ljbffr
