Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented professional with 4–5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, buy‑side research, or deal execution. The candidate will work closely with Private Equity clients’ deal teams, supporting the end‑to‑end deal process, including target identification, financial modeling, diligence support, and preparation of deal materials. The ideal candidate possesses strong financial modeling and corporate finance skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple workstreams independently.Key ResponsibilitiesWork as an integral part of Private Equity Clients’ deal team and engage in frequent client interactionsAnalyze and identify potential targets for Private Equity Clients and drive the deal from initiation to endBuild and update financial models including LBO and DCF as part of deal valuation and arrive at reasonable purchase priceAssist in preparing investment memo (research, analysis, presentation development)Create marketing teasers / Information Memorandum for dealsQuarterly update of precedents transactions list, public comps listCreate due diligence analysis through slice and dice of data pack received from potential targetsMaintain a deal tracker, scan through a data room and track items that have been uploaded / are pendingResearch on potential funding sourcesAssist with tracking investor outreach and follow-ups during active fund raisesAssist with responding to lender requests and analyzing dataAssist in updating investor portalWork independently on complex projects and deliver error-free outcomes,
