You'll collaborate closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to define, discover, and design solutions that balance business goals, user needs, and scalable design systems.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product design for customer-oriented applications and platformsFacilitate strategic sessions and working workshops with stakeholders and client peers to align on goals, needs, and directionDesign intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable UI/UX solutions grounded in best practices and user/business insightsCollaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure consistency and preserve design intent through deliveryMake confident, strategic design decisions and clearly communicate rationale, tradeoffs,
