Department : Data and Business IntelligenceDirect Reporting Line : Sr Manager Data and Business IntelligenceIndirect/Second Reporting Line :Location: ColombiaGSMSGrade: M4Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:As a Manager Omnichannel Analytics at adidas you are responsible - in close cooperation with LAM Data & BI organization - for the development of the omnichannel + brand analytics function within the market,using general frameworks for data governance, integration,reportingand optimization.Within your practice, applying both descriptive and advanced analytics, you will oversee the development and delivery ofcutting-edgeanalytics services to market stakeholders, enabling them to make data driven decisions. Based on defined data sources, you will lead our omnichannelperformanceunderstanding and will provide insights thatwill helpus to achieve our regional plans.This role has crucial conversations with Business Intelligence & Data and Analytics teamsin order tobring efficiencies in terms of data management and reporting (big data platform integrations, cloud services,visualizationetc.).Besides that, you will be in close contact with our Brand and Commercial teams, to connect our ecosystem learnings to their strategy.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of Omnichannel Analytics tools among LAM through the d esign, build, test, and maintenance of ETL/ELT pipelines usingPySpark, SQL, and Python within the Databricks ecosystem. Ensures its accuracythroughquality assurance processes.Applies a varietyofvisualization techniques and designs the content and appearance of data visuals. Operationalizes and automates activities for efficient andtimelyproduction ofthem.Designs and develops Power BI dashboards and reports aligned to DNA standards. Automates refresh processes andensuresconsistency with Gold-layer semantic models.Designs, codes, verifies, tests, documents, amends, and refactors simple programs/scripts.Data AnalyticsMonitors omnichannel-product-channel performance. Connects it to consumer lifecycle data,
to elevate our buyer behavior understanding and derive trends + opportunities within adidas channels and categories.Performs hands-on exploration of data sets and quantums, combining consumer and channel data to understand omnichannel performance and its impact on the overall consumer journey.Manages demand management for insights, data and other analytics services within your area of responsibility.Collaborates closely with Business Intelligence & Data and Analytics teams to enable and refine analytical tools, providing continuous feedback to improve functionality and relevance.ConsultingSupports regional and market stakeholders on the value and use of omnichannel - product analytics.Delivers actionable recommendations, a strong storytelling behind data and clear calls to action. Translates business insights into high-quality, engaging and easy-to-understand outputs.Acts as a data-sources advocate inside Dataverse team, understanding what's behind their structure and functioning among LAM. Establish a dataverse culture in the organization, contributing with its adoption in Brand teams.Knowledge Skills and Abilities :KnowledgeinSQL is a MUST.KnowledgeinR and/or Python is desired.Knowledge in SAP, Tableau, AdobeAnalyticsor other tools is preferred.Experienced in data analysis with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (speciallyMicrosoft Excel andPowerBi)Experience implementing projects or processes in data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, etc. Basic understanding of machine learning techniques.Data oriented personwhichenjoys working with numbers and large datasets, coding and translatingitinto digestible analytical products and/or valuable insights.
High detail attention and structured professional when managing,transformingand integrating differentdatasources.Professional who enjoys interacting with different stakeholders, comfortableworkingcomplex topics with both technical and non-technical teams.Strong communicationskills, comfortable presenting at various organizational levels both in person and remotely.Omnichannel analysis and commercialdata-engineeringproject experienceisa plus.Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:Professional degree in Business Intelligence, Data Science, System Engineering, IT, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Fi nance or similars .Experience in omnichannel analytics is a plus.Ability to communicate in English (written and spoken) fluently – B2+.AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
