The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Analysis and collaboration skills, thriving in an environment that demands curiosity and autonomy.They will work closely with Project Management, Resource Management, Finance, IT, ReSources, Procurement, and other capability teams to support operational initiatives and enable better ways of working.ResponsabilidadesConduct interviews and workshops to assess current operational processes and propose improvements.Analyze workflows to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.Create clear diagrams and documentation of current and future processes.Extract and analyze operational data to identify trends and support decision‑making.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain operational consistency and support tool adoption.Administer operational software, managing users, permissions,
