Who You Are
You are a versatile performance marketing designer who understands how strong visual creative earns attention, communicates value quickly, and drives action.
You have a strong foundation in typography, composition, visual hierarchy, imagery, and brand execution. Given a clear objective,



message, and set of requirements, you can independently determine the visual approach and produce polished, performant work.
You are comfortable managing multiple clients, formats, and deadlines. You respond well to direct feedback, work efficiently, and know when to move forward independently or ask for additional direction.
You understand that paid social creative improves through testing and iteration. You are also actively using AI and exploring how emerging tools can improve concept development and production workflows.
What you’ll do
As our Designer, Paid Social & Campaign Creative, you will create visual assets that help founders and companies communicate investment opportunities to retail investors.
Your primary focus will be static paid social advertising. You will also create newsletter banners, direct mail flyers, email graphics, and other campaign assets.
