Position Overview
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Team Lead to join our Services Operation unit in Bogota. As the head of a dynamic and multi-disciplinary team, you will be instrumental in shaping our data strategy and driving business value through powerful insights. You will lead a talented group of Data Scientists, AI Experts, and Visualization Professionals, fostering an environment of innovation and analytical excellence. This is a critical role responsible for elevating our team's capabilities, streamlining the development of cutting-edge BI solutions, and ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of the AI revolution.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of data specialists, fostering their professional growth and ensuring a collaborative, results-oriented culture.
Strategic Direction: Define and execute the BI roadmap, aligning analytical initiatives with overarching business goals to solve complex challenges and identify new opportunities.
Solution Development:



Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of BI solutions, from requirements gathering and data modeling to the development of insightful dashboards and predictive models.
Insight Elevation: Champion the transition from descriptive reporting to advanced prescriptive and predictive analytics, empowering stakeholders with forward-looking, actionable intelligence.
AI Integration: Drive the strategic adoption of new AI and machine learning technologies to enhance our analytical capabilities, automate processes, and unlock deeper levels of insight from our data.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a key partner to senior leadership and business stakeholders, translating their strategic questions into analytical frameworks and delivering clear, impactful findings.
