Join us as Demand and Planning Head for Argentina The mission of this position is to be a key strategic partner and representative of the Demand Planning function to the business, country managers, and internal stakeholders. Your role is to ensure continuous alignment with business objectives and priorities, contribute to operational success through accurate forecasting, and drive improvements in planning processes, systems, and capabilities across the organization.

What you'll do
- Act as a strategic partner, linking Demand Planning with Business, Functional, and Country leaders.




- Align demand planning activities with business priorities and performance KPIs.
- Contribute to strategic planning cycles: SR, MTP, IBP, and Rolling Forecast processes.
- Generate and maintain accurate forecasts using SAP/APO or other APS tools.
- Drive consensus demand planning through cross-functional collaboration.
- Implement and support advanced analytics tools (SAP, APO, Power BI, SAS, etc.).
- Develop analytics solutions and promote best practices via internal networks.
- Lead continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives across planning processes.
- Ensure data integrity and explore innovations in demand planning methodologies.
- Identify and address risks, gaps, and opportunities across operative and tactical horizons.
