Role Description:
Execute the approval or rejection of freight payments made by carriers in accordance with freight rates, contracts, and established customer prices, as well as defined business processes and standards, with the purpose of ensuring service level compliance. Provide support to carriers regarding their requests or concerns,
addressing price and freight requirements to guarantee excellent customer service that fosters and improves relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the approval or rejection of freight payments made by carriers according to freight rates, contracts, and established prices for customers, as well as the processes and standards defined for the business, in order to ensure compliance with service levels.
- Provide support to carriers regarding their requests or concerns, addressing price and freight requirements to guarantee good customer service in favor of building and improving relationships.
- Review in detail the documentation required to approve or deny the payment of invoices issued by carriers according to the requirements applicable to the business.
- Propose and execute initiatives based on process findings to improve and optimize management processes and models for prices, contracts, and freights with carr
