Are you an experienced
Call Center Team Lead or Supervisor

Peak Support is looking for a strong and people-focused Team Lead to join our growing team in Colombia

What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives.
- Drive performance and ensure the team meets or exceeds KPIs.
- Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance.
- Handle escalated customer situations and provide floor support.
- Support daily operations and queue management.
- Conduct coaching and performance development sessions.
- Review performance metrics, scorecards, and reports.
- Collaborate with management and HR to support team members.
- Build a positive, accountable, and high-performing team culture.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous
Call Center Team Lead or Supervisory experience
preferred.
- Experience managing, coaching,



and developing customer service teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience working with KPIs and performance metrics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong English communication skills
in a business environment.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends, holidays, overnights, or additional shifts based on business needs.
