Fase 360 is growing fast, and we're looking for a bilingual logistics professional to join our After-Hours Operations Team. About the Role
As an After-Hours Dispatcher, you'll oversee and coordinate freight movements across a variety of transportation modes, including truckload, drayage, intermodal, and general logistics operations. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during nights and weekends, ensuring that shipments, drivers, and customers receive the support they need to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor freight movements across multiple transportation modes
- Communicate with drivers, carriers, and customers to provide updates and resolve issues




- Assign loads and support daily operational needs
- Track shipments and ensure service levels are maintained
- Manage unexpected situations such as delays, breakdowns, reschedules, and service exceptions
- Update TMS platforms and maintain accurate operational records
- Provide after-hours support and escalation management as needed

What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics, dispatching, freight brokerage, or transportation operations
- Familiarity with TMS platforms such as McLeod, Trinium, Profit Tools, or similar systems
- Strong decision-making and multitasking skills
- Excellent bilingual communication (English-Spanish)
- Ability to remain calm and organized in time-sensitive situations
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability

Schedule Options

This is an After-Hours position with one of the following schedules:
- Friday through Monday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Friday through Monday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
