Client Concierge / Executive Assistant
to join their high-performing team

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Front-of-House Lead:
Be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for new client referrals and schedule exploratory calls.
- Calendar & Inbox Triage:
Master multi-inbox filtering (Outlook & Gmail), clear spam, and protect executive calendar buffers in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Close the Loop:




Proactively own task management systems (
*Ninety, MS To-Do*
), follow up on emails, and make quick outbound calls when needed.
- Operations & Tech:
Administer client personality/workplace assessments (
*Working Genius, MBTI*
), prep OneNote meeting pages, and manage GoHighLevel CRM data.

What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Experience:
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Client Concierge in fast-paced environments.
- Fluency:
Exceptional written & verbal English (C-level fluency required) with a warm, professional phone voice.
- Attention to Detail:
Process-driven, checklist-loving, and proud of delivering 100% accurate, polished work.
- Tech Proficiency:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneNote, Planner), Zoom, Slack, Calendly, GoHighLevel, and Clockify.
- Schedule:
Willingness to work full-time during standard
US Eastern Time (EST)
business hours.
