We are looking for a
UX/UI Designer
to join our Latam Marketing team and take ownership of the user experience and interface design across our websites, landing pages, and digital marketing experiences.

This is an
on-site position based in Medellín, Colombia
, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As a
UX/UI Designer
, you will be responsible for designing and continuously improving web experiences across the TradeQuo digital ecosystem.

This role combines
UX strategy, UI design, user flows, UX writing, landing page design,



and conversion-focused optimization
.

You will work closely with Marketing and Development to transform business and marketing objectives into intuitive, visually consistent, and high-performing digital experiences.

One of the initial priorities of the role will be to identify and address existing UX/UI opportunities across the
X-Markets and EnterTrade websites
, while helping establish a scalable and consistent approach to future web properties.

What You'll Do
- Design and maintain websites, landing pages, popups, and web components across the EnterTrade digital ecosystem.
- Create intuitive and user-centered experiences based on business, marketing, and user needs.
- Define and optimize user flows to improve usability, clarity, and conversion.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and other design deliverables required for web development.
- Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
